What we collect
- What you enter in the contact form: your name, contact method, message and its subject.
- Technical logs the server keeps to protect the site, such as IP address and request time.
- Aggregate visit statistics without cookies and without tracking you personally.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your message and follow up on your request.
- To protect the site from abuse and attacks.
- To understand which pages help visitors so we can improve them.
Where and how long
On Google Cloud. We keep contact messages for two years after the last exchange and technical logs for 90 days, then delete them.
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your data. We use providers that process it on our behalf only, such as hosting and email, under contracts requiring them to protect it.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its use, under Kuwait's data privacy protection regulation. Write to us and we will reply within 30 days.
