Questions
Does it work offline?
The point of sale does: it sells and issues invoices offline and syncs when the connection returns. Management and reports need a connection.
Where is our data kept?
On Google Cloud, with a daily backup kept for 14 days and point-in-time recovery across the last 7 days.
Does it support multiple branches?
Yes: stock per branch, a chain-wide pricing policy, and one overview of every branch.
Can it bring over data from my current system?
Yes, through import templates for items, balances and suppliers, and we review the result with you before go-live.
Does it connect to insurers?
It manages claims end to end inside the system: submission, response and resubmission. A direct electronic link to each insurer is switched on once that insurer offers it.
Which languages does it support?
Arabic and English, both complete, and each user picks their own.
